(OTC Bulletin Board: VCSY) announced today that it has entered into a joint venture with Brazil's second largest provider of real time financial information for Brazil's financial markets, ZapQuote S.A. (http:1/41/4www.zap.com.br). ZapQuote S.A. wireless, established in 1985, has used its proprietary wireless technology to become the fastest growing company for financial news and information based in Brazil. Supplemental news for ZapQuote is provided by a staff of journalists with offices in many major cities throughout Brazil. ZapQuote also has a major position in providing back office software to many of Brazil's major financial institutions.
